Our purchase also came with a very unique and complicated situation, and Shannon worked closely with the seller and selling agent to help navigate everything and make the process as smooth as possible. We know it required a lot of extra work and coordination on her part, but she remained incredibly professional and did her best to keep the stress from spilling over onto us. We truly appreciated that. Throughout the entire process, we knew we could trust Shannon to keep us informed, explain our options, and help us make decisions as new situations came up.
